Designed for those with sufficient net worth, an EB-5 visa is a means for savvy international entrepreneurs to become part of, while simultaneously strengthening, the fabric of the United States of America.
Foreign entrepreneurs interested in becoming valued members of United States society via the EB-5 Regional Center Pilot Program must invest at least US $900,000.00 or US $1,800,000.00 in a qualified U.S. business (our Regional Center is currently facilating EB-5 investments at the US $900,000.00 level). Furthermore, due to the risks inherently contained in making such an investment, any individual wishing to engage Invest New Hampshire Regional Center for the purpose of obtaining an EB-5 Visa must meet one of the following two requirements:
- Have an individual net worth, or joint net worth with your spouse, that exceeds US$1,000,000.00 (less the value of your primary residence); or,
- Have an income exceeding US$200,000.00 in each of the two most recent years or, joint income with a spouse exceeding US$300,000.00 for those years and a reasonable expectation of the same income level in the current year.
